WholisTech Shifts (WTS) aims to provide a high-quality, alternative energy healing service. Use of our services constitutes your understanding, agreement and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

INFORMATION - All clients are requested to provide contact details and age in order to secure an appointment. Additional information may be required depending on which service has been selected. All information will be treated as confidential.

APPOINTMENTS – All appointments require a prepayment fee to secure a confirmed appointment with WTS. This must be paid at the time of booking and is only refundable with greater than 24 hours notice. With less than 24 hours notice, this session’s payment is retained regardless of reasoning.

FEES - We provide independent complementary modalities, and our services are not covered by medical insurance. Fees are per session or package purchased. For remote sessions, the full session fee must be paid at the time of booking, to secure the appointment. Fees are charged for delivering the service and report, not for the end results, which can and do vary between clients. Some clients require more sessions than others to reach a balanced end point.

REFUNDS - All session fees and package purchases are non-refundable. Fees are charged for remote alternative energy healing services and include the session itself, along with any applicable session report, findings, or wellness recommendations. If a client purchases a package and chooses not to complete the remaining sessions, any unused sessions may be transferred or gifted to another person or pet. Unused sessions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.

Alternative energy healing is a non-invasive wellness approach intended to support energetic balance and the body’s natural healing processes. Each person or animal may respond differently, and specific results cannot be predicted or guaranteed. Payment is for the service provided rather than a guaranteed outcome; therefore, refunds are not issued based on results, perceived results, change of circumstances, or a decision not to continue.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - Each individual (or their parent, guardian or caretaker) is responsible for making decisions about their own health and wellbeing. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, cost, expense (including reasonable legal fees) or liability of any kind (whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise), arising out of or in any way connected with your registration for, receiving of, and/or inability to receive the alternative healing session. This includes, without limitation, any compensatory, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, loss or denial of service, business interruption, claims of third parties or other losses of any kind or character, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses. We will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to the extent arising from your negligent acts or omissions, any pre-existing or future medical condition, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your reliance on reviews and opinions about remote alternative energy healing. You should make your own inquiries before deciding whether remote alternative energy healing is suitable for you.

INDEMNIFICATION FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE - You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in any way related to your registration for, receiving of, or inability to receive, the remote alternative energy healing sessions, including any liability or expense incurred by you or any third parties through you. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) relating to your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

DISCLAIMER - Alternative energy healing is not a substitute for physical or mental professional healthcare that an individual may be receiving and while we have observed the benefits of energy healing, we do not claim to diagnose or cure any condition of mind, body or spirit. We do not give medical advice, perform medical treatment, prescribe substances or interfere with the treatment of a healthcare professional. Alternative energy healing can support physical, mental, emotional, spiritual wellbeing, and it is safe to receive alongside any professional healthcare. The healing is intended as a complementary therapy, or as an aid to personal relaxation or stress reduction, and is not meant to replace one-to-one professional healthcare.
