Frequently Asked Questions
-
Clients commonly focus on emotional weight, stress patterns, recurring life challenges, feeling “stuck,” past experiences that still feel heavy, or a general sense of energetic imbalance.
While physical discomfort can also be a focus, you do not need to have physical symptoms to benefit from this work. Many sessions address non-physical contributors such as emotional patterns, subconscious stress, or energetic blocks that may be influencing how someone feels, thinks, or moves through life.
For pets, sessions often support behavioral stress, emotional trauma, adjustment issues, or overall energetic balance.

No special preparation is needed. Staying hydrated and approaching the session with openness is helpful, but not required. If anything specific is needed, I’ll let you know ahead of time.
-
Sessions are conducted remotely without the need for your physical presence. Video or phone calls are not used, and most clients continue their day as usual while the session is performed.
You do not need to actively participate for the session to work. Your conscious attention is not required, and the session can take place while you are resting, working, or going about daily activities.
If you selected a live text-based session, simply text me at your scheduled appointment time to initiate the session. If no text is received within a short window, I will proceed independently and send your results by email once complete.
Sessions are scheduled for up to one hour; however, the session will conclude once everything that is ready to be addressed has been released. Most sessions last between 30–60 minutes.

I intentionally keep sessions simple and low-input. I work most clearly when I’m connected strictly to energy, without visual or auditory input, which can interfere with the clarity of the session.
For this reason, I do not offer phone or video calls, and I prefer minimal background details. This allows me to stay neutral, focused, and fully present with what your system is ready to address, rather than being influenced by conversation, facial expressions, or tone of voice.
You don’t need to explain or relive experiences for this work to be effective. Less information often allows for clearer, more precise results.
-
No. This work does not require sharing, reliving, or explaining personal or difficult experiences. In fact, sessions are often most effective when very little detail is shared, allowing the work to remain completely energy-based.
You are always welcome to name a general focus or intention, but the less personal history I know, the easier it is to stay neutral and allow your system to guide what is ready to be addressed without influence or interpretation.
During live text sessions, a simple “yes” or 👍 in response to each emotion or imbalance that surfaces for release is helpful. This lets me know the original intention set at the beginning of the session is still in alignment.
-
Yes. This work is especially supportive for children and animals, who may not have the language or awareness to express what they are carrying emotionally or energetically. Because the process does not require verbal processing or conscious participation, it can gently address stress, emotional weight, or adjustment challenges without needing the child or pet to explain or relive experiences.
Children and animals often respond well to this type of work because they don’t overanalyze the process and naturally allow shifts to occur. Parental or guardian consent is required for minors.
-
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to decide. Simply book a Present Moment session, and we’ll work with what’s most relevant for you (your child or pet) in that moment.
-
There’s no set number of sessions. Some people notice meaningful shifts after a single session, while others choose to continue as deeper layers unfold over time.
Sessions are not required to be ongoing. You’re always free to schedule one session at a time, or return only when it feels supportive. Each session works with what your system is ready to address in that moment.
-
Responses to a session can vary. Some people notice changes right away, while others experience more subtle shifts that unfold gradually over the hours or days that follow. This can include feeling lighter, calmer, or more at ease, as well as noticing changes in perspective, emotional patterns, or how situations are processed internally.
It’s also common for changes to be quiet or indirect at first. You may simply realize that something that once felt heavy no longer carries the same charge, or that a familiar reaction doesn’t arise in the same way. These shifts often happen without conscious effort.
Occasionally, people notice temporary adjustment responses as the system recalibrates. This can look like needing extra rest, feeling emotionally reflective, or experiencing a brief sense of fluctuation before things settle. These experiences are typically short-lived and part of natural integration.
Sensitive individuals sometimes notice shifts in awareness sooner or with greater clarity, while others observe changes gradually over time. Both experiences are normal.
-
That’s completely normal. Some shifts are immediate, while others unfold quietly over time. You may notice changes days later, or realize that something no longer feels the same when you encounter it again.
Not noticing anything right away doesn’t mean the session wasn’t effective. Many adjustments happen beneath the surface and reveal themselves gradually as the system integrates.
-
Processing refers to the period of adjustment that can occur as the system integrates changes following a session. For some people, this is barely noticeable. For others, it may show up as feeling reflective, needing extra rest, or simply noticing things settling into a new rhythm.
Processing does not require effort or attention. There’s nothing you need to do to make it happen, and it’s not something everyone experiences. When it does occur, it typically resolves on its own as balance is restored.
-
Sometimes, gentle emotional awareness can surface as the system adjusts, especially for sensitive individuals. This often appears as quiet reflection, insight, or a temporary shift in mood rather than anything intense. In most cases, the most supportive approach is to allow these experiences to pass without revisiting or analyzing them, as repeated focus can keep the energy active instead of allowing it to settle and integrate naturally.
At the same time, this work is not dependent on conscious recognition or perfect interpretation. I do not claim absolute accuracy — the focus is on facilitating energetic shifts. If an emotion or pattern does not resonate in the moment, it can simply be released and set aside as the session continues.
-
Session summaries are typically emailed after the session is complete. If you selected a live text-based session, information is shared in real time during the session instead of a follow-up summary.
Results reflect what was identified and addressed during the session and may include numbered references to show how different releases or adjustments relate to your original focus. You don’t need to analyze or fully understand every detail for the work to be effective.
Many clients find it helpful to read through the summary once and revisit it later if needed. If questions come up after reviewing your results, you’re welcome to reach out for clarification.
-
My work is guided, intentional, and system-led rather than driven by preset protocols or assumptions. Each session begins with prayer and focused intention, allowing me to connect with your energy and follow structured energetic feedback to identify what is ready to be addressed.
The process is precise without requiring explanation or reliving experiences. Not every emotion or definition is meant to resonate on a conscious level — sometimes the information reflects how the body or energy system is expressing itself symbolically. If something doesn’t connect right away, it’s often most supportive to allow it to be released and move forward rather than trying to analyze it.
Sessions are quiet, non-invasive, and guided by what your system is ready for in the moment, without pressure, expectation, or the need to “do” anything on your part.

No. These sessions are not medical or psychological treatment and do not diagnose or treat conditions. They are energetic and supportive in nature and are meant to complement — not replace — professional medical or mental health care.
